What "specialized" actually means for wet basement repair at our company — not a marketing word, a set of specific practices.
Full diagnostic includes moisture mapping across the entire basement, not just the spot where water is currently visible.
Trucks are stocked with extraction equipment, moisture meters, and basic drainage materials so the first visit can start mitigation immediately.
When a wet basement needs both interior drainage and exterior grading correction, each component is priced and explained separately, not bundled into an opaque total.
We stock materials for both interior and exterior approaches so a combination fix doesn't require multiple separate truck visits for equipment.
Each service below is scoped specifically to wet basement repair, not a generic waterproofing menu with the name swapped in.
Extraction includes moisture readings on affected materials to determine what's salvageable versus what needs removal.
We walk the full property, inside and out, mapping every contributing factor — grading slope, downspout placement, existing drain tile condition, wall crack locations.
This is often paired with grading correction rather than installed as a standalone fix when exterior conditions are also contributing.
We identify visible mold during the diagnostic and, for anything beyond surface-level, connect you with certified remediation partners before proceeding with the waterproofing fix itself.
Even after the water source is addressed, residual humidity can linger in a basement that's been chronically wet for months or years.
Here's what happens between your call and a resolved wet basement.
Describe the current state — standing water, chronic dampness, a musty smell that's been building for months — and dispatch routes a crew equipped for full diagnostic work.
You'll get a text update if an active emergency ahead of you shifts the arrival window.
You'll see a written recommendation explaining which combination of fixes — drainage, grading, sump, dehumidification — actually addresses your specific situation.
If mold remediation was needed alongside waterproofing, we coordinate timing with your remediation partner so the fixes work together, not against each other.
